• Can I bring my dog/s?
  Yes, please bring your furry friends, (maximum of 2), but please keep them off all furniture.
   

• Is there a vehicle electric charging point?
  Currently there are no EV charging points at the property or on the Resort. The nearest charging point is at Tesco’s in Wadebridge.
   

• Do you provide towels and linen?
  Yes, all bed linen is provided together with kitchen tea towels, hand and bath towels.
   

• Is there a cot and/or highchair at the property?
  Yes. There are two travel cots and two highchairs at the property. Please let us know in advance if you would like these to be set up in preparation for your stay.
   

• What is the cancellation policy?
  Once a booking is confirmed the Hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday unless 
  the cancellation is prior to 6 weeks before the arrival date. In the event of cancellation by the Hirer prior to 6 weeks before commencement of the booking date, the hirer will forgo the 30% deposit made. No refund will be made for a 
  cancellation made within 6 weeks of arrival.
   

• Is there parking at the property?
  Yes, there is allocated parking for 1 large, or 2 small cars, outside the property. Further parking is available at ‘Guest Services’ or on the gravel areas around the Resort 
   

• Is there WiFi available?
  Yes, WiFi is available at the property. The network is ‘Guest’ and no password is required.
   

• What activities are available?
  Please see the ‘activities’ heading on our website.
   

• Do I need to pre-book these activities?
  Some activities need pre-booking directly with the resort and can be booked up to 3 weeks prior to your stay. Please phone the Resort directly on 01637 882400.
   

• Can I swim in the lakes around the Resort?
  No, swimming is not permitted in the lakes.
   

• Is there a washing machine at the property?
  There is a washer/dryer at the property.
   

• Is there a shop at the Resort?
  Yes, there is a small shop providing all the ingredients for a great family meal and more, to just your favourite morning paper, plus local Cornish produce, the on-site shop has everything you may need.
   

• Is there a defibrillator at the Resort?
  Yes, there are 2 defibrillators at the Resort. One is located at ‘Guest Services’ and one is located at the ‘Flowrider’ reception.
