In 1973 I set up my own French villa agency  Bowhills, letting holiday properties all over France which was well respected in the travel industry and 31 years later I sold out to Hoseasons.

Since then, I have been a consultant specialising in both holiday businesses and property generally, including 2 years working on interior design for The National Trust’s Holiday Cottages.

I believe my experience brings a knowledge of what people are looking for and I hope that I have encompassed this in our lodge. Quality furniture (great beds!), well equipped kitchen, nice bed linen including large fluffy towels, lots to do, a good hot tub, wide decking, very flexible bed arrangements, plenty of bathrooms and a bright colourful, yet tasteful, style. As an artist I have painted a variety of paintings for the walls which hopefully adds to the appeal.
